Sonia Browse Architects

St James Townhouses are located in Portobello, Edinburgh, Sonia Browse Architects were commissioned by a private property developer for the design and build of three new mews townhouses on the site of the disused St James Church. Having joined the practice as the project was entering RIBA Stage 3 (Developed Design), my deliverables would include assisting the project architect in design development in preparation for submission of the planning application. Subsequently leading us into RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) upon achieving planning consent we would then prepare for the warrant prior to entering RIBA Stage 5 to begin construction.
