Principal Place is located in Shoreditch, London, a recently completed residential development situated between Liverpool Street and Old Street Stations. Located in the Shoreditch Conservation Area the project was commissioned by Brookfield Property Development with the aim of providing a high end residential development in the heart of London. I joined the project in March 2019 as the project was on site and progressing through RIBA Stage 5 (Construction) with certain phases having achieved RIBA Stage 6 (Handover & Close Out) and RIBA Stage 7 (In Use). My deliverables throughout this stage would focus on site supervision ensuring the contractor and relevant sub-contractors were carrying out the works in accordance with the contract documents.
